Delivery timelines depend on your location see Shipping Policy. You can track your order from the “My Orders” section.
You can cancel your order from the "Cancel order’ section on the order confirmation message sent on Whatsapp.
Order can be cancelled before it is shipped.
You can initiate return / exchange your order from the “Request return / exchange” in footer or click here.
Pickup is arranged within 3–4 business days, with up to 3 attempts.
After inspection and approval:
- Prepaid: Within 7 working days to original payment method
- COD: Store credit issued immediately upon approval
