SIMPLE & FAIR SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Zottoms! If the fit isn’t perfect, we’ve made returns simple and transparent. 

  1. Shipping Policy 
    • Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days from the date of confirmation.  
    Delivery timelines (post-dispatch):
         ‣ Metro cities: 3–5 business days  
         ‣ Other locations: 5–7 business days  
         ‣ Remote areas: Up to 10 business days  
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional charge of ₹49 will be applicable.  
    • Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, strikes, natural calamities, or peak seasons.
     
  2. Cancellation Policy
    Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.  
    To cancel:  
         ‣ Log in to the “My Orders” section on the website, or  
         ‣ For guest checkout orders, create an account using the same email ID and phone number used during purchase.  
    • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under the return policy. 

  3. Return Policy

    • We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility conditions below.

    • Reverse Pickup:

    Pickup will be attempted within 3–4 business days of placing the return request.

    A maximum of 3 pickup attempts will be made.

    • Return Charges:

    A reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 will be charged due to high costs of reverse shipping, re-cleaning and restocking of a product. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

    ➢ Alternately, you can opt for store credit (which will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance) and receive the entire refund amount with no deductions. This will be issued once the returned product passes quality checks.



  4. Eligibility for Return
    To qualify for a return, the product must: 
    • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed  
    • Have all original tags intact  
    • Be returned in original packaging  
    • Include all freebies or promotional items, if any

    Non-returnable cases: 
    • Products purchased during special promotions or offers (e.g., Buy One Get One)  
    • Items that do not meet the above conditions  
    • Gift cards or store credits  
    • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling 
    • Items marked as Final Sale

    Zottoms reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

  5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products 
    • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.  
    • Please email support@zottoms.com with:  
         ‣ Order details  
         ‣ Clear images of the product  
    • Upon verification, eligible cases will be processed for refund or replacement, at our discretion.

  6. Exchange Policy 

    We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

    • Exchanges are allowed only for another size of the same product, subject to availability.
    • Each order / item is eligible for exchange only once.
    • Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.


  7. Refund Policy 
    • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected. 
    Prepaid Orders:
         ‣ Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after approval.  
         ‣ Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 
    COD Orders: 
         ‣ Refunds will be issued as store credit, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.  
    Order Cancellations (Prepaid):
         ‣ Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be initiated within 7 working days. 

  8. Combo & Offer Orders 
    • For orders placed under promotional offers (including combos), all items must be returned together. 

  9. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin) 
    • If a COD order is not accepted at the time of delivery and is returned to us, Zottoms reserves the right to:  
         ‣ Restrict future COD orders, or  
         ‣ Require prepaid orders for future purchases

  10. Policy Abuse & Fraud Prevention 
    Zottoms reserves the right to limit or refuse returns, cancellations, or services in cases of suspected misuse or abuse of the policy.

  11. Product Disclaimer 
    • Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and 
    photography.
